This is where Olusegun Obasanjo is at his best, negotiating an end to conflicts plaguing the African continent.
If only he had put this kind of even-handed, impartial effort to governing Nigeria, his legacy as a civilian President would have been a completely different one.
Either way, Kudos to President Obasanjo for successfully brokering a cease-fire.
